Additions to the Blog

I have added to the left the next ride section this will be up dated every Monday Morning. As you can see we are out this Sunday for a 35 miler out to Epping Toot hill and Abridge then Home should be 3 hours out and and back. Meet at Ainsleys which is 43 Nesta Road (just off the Charter Road)

Periodically I will add an Archive of Training rides they will appear on an attached page or in a blog I will see what is the best method. Were we are to date for 2014.
